Delivery Charges

Delivery Process
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate. For large, heavy, or fragile products such as stone basins, marble tables, and other natural stone pieces, customers must ensure that suitable access is available at the delivery location, including clear pathways, elevators, entrances, and other necessary access points. Delivery does not include product installation unless specifically agreed upon before purchase.

Our products are made from natural marble, limestone, travertine, and other natural stone materials. Because natural stone is a natural material, variations in color, veining, pattern, texture, and surface characteristics are expected. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique character of each individual piece.
